At Samruddhi Naturals, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition — fresh, pure, and exactly as described. Each order is prepared, packed, and shipped with the highest quality standards.
 
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we are here to help within the following guidelines:
 
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
 
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • You have received the wrong product compared to your order confirmation.
  • The product has a clear quality issue (spoilt, contaminated, or unfit for consumption) at the time of delivery.
 
Note: Natural variations in colour, texture, or aroma of our products are normal and are not considered defects.
 
2. Reporting an Issue
 
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package before opening, while opening and after opening or videos of the same clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
 
This helps us investigate quickly and resolve your concern.
 
3. Resolution Process
 
Once your request is reviewed:
•If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no extra cost.
•In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 
4. Non-Refundable Situations
 
We are unable to offer refunds or returns in cases such as:
•Change of mind after purchase
•Incorrect address or failure to accept delivery
•Product opened or used after delivery (except in case of quality issues reported within 48 hours)
